Whether shrinkage rate of the material is fair enough,
Whether the movement is feasible upon the existing product design,
Whether the draft angle is big enough for the product releasing,
Whether the rib of the product is good enough to avoid the shrinkage mark,
Whether the product will stick to the cavity,
Whether the welding line is created at the import surface,
Where's the best place to make air venting slot, etc.
  Moldflow Analysis

After the product file checked fine. Then mould structure engineer start their working. One engineer's responsible for one project. We ensure that the design output for a product satisfies the customer's requirement. Usually the customer from Europe make the design according to Hasco standard, customer from the US will choose D-M-E standard, and most of domestic customer choose LKM standard.
 Plastic Injection Mould 2D Design
When the mould structure design finishes, we have 2D designers to make part drawings and assembling drawings. One for our technical staff and another for our customer. We ensure that all the detail of the component put in the manufacture is the same with the design in the computer so that it could be easily maintainence at the side of our customer.
